We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join an international project.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in London (and nearby cities) United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, or social media platforms
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
  • Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying customer complaints and offering effective solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution

Requirements:

  • English proficiency – B2 level or higher
  • Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, resilience, and ability to multitask
  • Confident Excel skills; experience with customer support tools and reporting systems is a plus
