About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Customer Enquiries Specialist to be the digital voice of MOJ Perfumes across all our social channels. You will manage incoming messages, respond to customer enquiries, and ensure every online interaction reflects the elegance and warmth of our brand.

What You'll Do
– Manage and respond to all DMs, comments, and enquiries across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms
– Handle product questions, order enquiries, pricing, store locations, and delivery support promptly and professionally
– Coordinate with operations to resolve order and payment issues
– Relay customer feedback and trending questions to the marketing team
– Maintain MOJ's luxury brand voice in every interaction
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
– Track response times, enquiry volumes, and customer sentiment

What We're Looking For
✅ Arabic (Native/Fluent) — MUST
✅ English (Professional working proficiency) — MUST
✅ 1 years in social media, customer service, or a similar role
✅ Excellent written communication in both languages
✅ Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business
✅ Based in Muscat, Oman
✅ Flexible to work peak hours, including evenings and weekends
✅ Passion for fragrances and luxury customer experience
Preferred: Experience in perfume, beauty, luxury retail, or e-commerce
