We are currently seeking a Client Service Advisor (Bilingual French) for a Contract role with one of our clients.

Duration: 09+ Months of contract

Location: Hybrid (Client based in Montreal, QC)

Payrate: C$22/ Hr. – C$23/Hr.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the first-line technical support for payment systems, assisting clients across North America.
  • Answer approximately 20 calls per day (average 15–20 minutes each).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment transactions, account activity, and system access.
  • Use multiple tools and screens simultaneously to assess data, check client profiles, and resolve incidents.
  • Log and track issues using ServiceNow ticketing system and AWS telephony tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in French (written and verbal) with strong English skills; must be able to write French professionally.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service role.
  • Strong client service skills with the ability to handle difficult or upset clients professionally.
  • Proficiency with multitasking in technical environments — working with multiple screens and tools at once.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with AWS telephony tools and ServiceNow ticketing system.
