About You

  • 2+ years in a phone-based customer support role.
  • Telco or IT experience is highly regarded.
  • Level 2 support experience preferred.
  • Confident in communicating technical issues in simple terms.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.

The Role

  • Handle customer support enquiries across phone and digital channels.
  • Manage customer activations and online orders.
  • Troubleshoot service issues and own escalations end-to-end.
  • Provide Level 2 support for complex queries.
  • Assist with fraud prevention, audits, and compliance.
  • Support and coach Level 1 team members.
  • Contribute to training and process improvement.
