We're seeking a CSR with a strong blend of Analytics, Customer Service, and Billing experience to support customer-focused initiatives and business operations.
📍 Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
⏳ Contract Duration: 12 Months
✅ Key Requirements: • Analytics and data review experience
• Customer service background (1+ year required)
• Billing operations/invoice analysis experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers
• High School Diploma minimum
• Utility industry experience is a plus
