Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the PhonePe CX Domestic Process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a seamless customer experience through non-voice support channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolution within defined timelines.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
  • Follow company processes, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Experience in customer service preferred (Insurance background preferred).
  • Good written communication skills (B2 level).
  • Versant score: 60 & above.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week from office.
