As we continue to grow, we are looking for highly motivated Customer Support Specialists to join our Djerba office.

The Role

Customer Support at Ouinex is not a ticket-closing role.

We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others, solving problems, investigating issues, and taking ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our users and will play a critical role in ensuring every client receives fast, professional, and accurate assistance.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other communication channels.

* Assist users with account-related questions, deposits, withdrawals, trading, verification, and platform navigation.

* Investigate customer issues thoroughly and follow through until resolution.

* Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer relationship.

* Identify recurring customer concerns and proactively suggest improvements.

* Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technical teams.

* Contribute to building and improving support procedures, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.

* Deliver a world-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Fluent English (required).

* Additional languages are a strong advantage, particularly French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, or German.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong problem-solving mindset.

* Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.

* Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

* Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
