- Manage inbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat support channels
- Understand customer concerns quickly and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions
- Deliver a high-quality support experience by identifying customer needs and exceeding service expectations
- Maintain strong product and process knowledge through ongoing training and internal updates
- Communicate professionally and empathetically in every customer interaction
- Consistently achieve defined productivity, quality, and performance targets
- Work independently while recognizing and escalating critical or complex issues when necessary
- Monitor and manage individual performance in alignment with team and organizational goals
