Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat support channels
  • Understand customer concerns quickly and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions
  • Deliver a high-quality support experience by identifying customer needs and exceeding service expectations
  • Maintain strong product and process knowledge through ongoing training and internal updates
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically in every customer interaction
  • Consistently achieve defined productivity, quality, and performance targets
  • Work independently while recognizing and escalating critical or complex issues when necessary
  • Monitor and manage individual performance in alignment with team and organizational goals
