About the role:

- What You’ll Do:
- Customer service via phone, e-mail, and chat
- B2C sales to our existing customer base (cold+warm leads)
- Providing constant feedback and insights about areas of improvement
- Substituting colleagues from the same department during vacations with other lines of tasks
- Fluent in Estonian and Russian, both written and spoken, and proficient in English
- A strong customer-oriented mindset – you have a great desire and interest in working with customers, listening to them, and finding suitable solutions
- Ability to work independently while also being a good team player
- Responsible, quick, precise, and accurate
- Experience in B2C sales is a plus
