About the Role
You will be the voice of our product – guiding users through our platform and resolving inquiries via chat. This role requires a blend of problem-solving skills and genuine empathy.
Requirements
- Fluent in Nepali and English (written and spoken, mandatory).
- Empathetic, patient, and attentive to user needs.
- Reliable personal computer and stable internet connection.
What We Offer
- $28 per shift ($500+ monthly) + performance bonuses up to 50% of base salary.
- 100% remote, full-time position.
- Rotating shifts — day and night:
Day shift: 10:00–22:00 or 09:00–21:00 (1-hour break included)
Night shift: 22:00–10:00 or 21:00–09:00 (1-hour break included)
