KCS Electrics is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

* Schedule appointments and manage engineer bookings.

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

* Follow up with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate effectively with the operations team in the UK.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident telephone manner with a professional attitude.

* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and basic CRM knowledge).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential.
