Alostaz is a cloud-based, ZATCA-compliant accounting and e-invoicing platform serving 2,000+ SMBs in Saudi Arabia. We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of the platform.
*What you'll do*
– Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
– Troubleshoot accounting/e-invoicing issues within the platform
– Guide customers through onboarding and ZATCA compliance questions
– Escalate technical bugs to the product team
– Track and report recurring customer issues
*Requirements*
– Background in accounting, finance, or a related field
– Fluent Arabic (spoken and written); working English a plus
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-1-4 years of experience.
*Nice to have*
– Experience in a customer-facing role (call center, support, or similar)
– Familiarity with SaaS or accounting software
