What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist cardholders and card administrators in navigating financial needs using the True Link Card
- Empower customers to utilize the website and mobile app effectively based on their unique needs
- Learn and embody the "True Link Voice" for authentic communication with customers
- Share customer feedback and experiences with the team to enhance service quality
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous professional experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to work up to five hours a day on the phone
- Familiarity with remote work and technology, including Mac computers
- Experience using CRM and ticketing tools like Zendesk
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Weekend availability
- Experience managing live chats and troubleshooting technical issues for both Mac and Windows computers
- Background in health care coordination or related roles
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or vulnerable populations
- Previous roles in hospitality, such as restaurants or hotels
