Ideal Candidate Profile

You May Be a Strong Fit If You

  • Have 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, client relations, or account management
  • Have experience working with international customers or remote teams
  • Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Are highly organized and customer-oriented
  • Can manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently
  • Have experience using CRM or support tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced remote environments
  • Have strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Nice to Have

  • SaaS or tech company experience
  • Experience with onboarding or customer retention
  • Technical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience handling live chat, email, and phone support
  • Knowledge of customer success metrics and reporting
  • Multilingual communication skills
