📍 Location:
Onsite and then Remote
🏢 Work Setup:
• On-site in Athens for the first 9 weeks

💼 Position:
Customer Support Advisor – Travel Project (Croatian/Serbian Speaker)
🕒 Working Schedule:
Monday to Sunday
Shift hours between 08:00 – 19:00
(8 hours/day, 5 days/week on a rotational schedule)
🌟 What You’ll Do:
✔ Assist customers with booking-related inquiries
✔ Handle booking changes, cancellations, and general support requests
✔ Provide support via phone, email, and chat
✔ Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Requirements:
• Native or fluent Croatian or Serbian speaker
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working rotational shifts
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• €1,200 gross/month
• 14 salaries per year
• Performance bonus
