Wireless Masters is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will interact with customers daily over the phone, providing top-tier customer service—a priority at Wireless Masters.

About the Role

As a Sales Support Representative, you will:

• Conduct outbound calls to educate current customers about promotions and services.
• Handle inbound calls, assisting with troubleshooting and order placements.
• Recommend additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling.
• Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
• Generate sales leads and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 
  Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• 
  Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar tools is helpful).
• Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of the wireless industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
• The ability to work on-site at our Alexandria, VA location from 9 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday.
