Position: Debt Recovery Officer (Call Centre)
About the Role
As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will engage with customers professionally to manage overdue accounts, negotiate repayment arrangements, and support clients through ethical and structured recovery processes.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working in a performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contact customers regarding outstanding accounts
- Negotiate and arrange repayment solutions professionally
- Follow up on assigned cases and maintain accurate records
- Build positive communication while achieving recovery targets
- Update account activities in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with company processes and guidelines

Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
- Comfortable communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Enjoy speaking and engaging with people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior call centre, collections, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage
