Role Description The Debt Validation Closer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to debt validation and resolution. The role involves verifying debtor information, explaining validation processes, reviewing documentation, and guiding customers through compliant resolution options. The Debt Validation Closer will focus on closing validated deals, coordinating with escrow or internal processing teams where applicable, and ensuring all steps adhere to company and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, updating CRM systems, following up on pending validations, and providing clear, professional customer service throughout the debt resolution cycle. The position requires consistent achievement of closing targets while maintaining quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle calls, explain processes clearly, and build trust with customers.
  • Candidates should possess Closings and Deal Closure skills to move validated accounts through the resolution pipeline and achieve set closing targets.
  • Candidates should possess Escrow-related understanding or experience in transaction coordination to ensure accurate documentation and smooth fund handling where applicable.
  • Candidates should have proficiency in call center or BPO environments, including CRM usage, call documentation, and adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines.
  • Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and resilience in working with customers facing financial challenges.
  • Relevant experience in debt collection, financial services, or closing roles is an advantage.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business, finance, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Rawalpindi with flexible shifts as required by campaign needs.
