Smiley Dental is currently seeking a Front Desk team member. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and sets the tone for service and professionalism within our practice. The Front Desk role is essential to the success of the office by managing appointments, addressing patient inquiries, ensuring documentation is completed, and providing exceptional service that supports growth and operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure all front office and common areas are clean and fully prepared for daily operations
- Review the daily patient schedule and identify opportunities to improve productivity
- Schedule or reschedule appointments and prepare necessary paperwork
- Greet patients professionally and conduct temperature checks
- Verify and enter patient information accurately
- Assist with patient check-out and explain costs and next steps
- Respond to phone calls and patient questions in a courteous manner
- Confirm invoice accuracy and submit insurance claims promptly

- Proficient computer skills (required)
- Minimum: One (1) year of dental customer service experience
- Preferred: Experience in dental or healthcare settings; college degree
