Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Response team

• Foster excellent relationships with clients at all levels

• Ensure timely and professional resolution to customer inquiries

• Coordinate on-site operational support activities globally

• Provide ongoing training and performance management for team members
Requirements:

• At least 10 years in aircraft technical engineering

• Minimum 10 years in team leadership and management

• Proven experience in customer service and support

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
