Position Overview

 Hostmind is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Cloud Kitchen Dispatcher to join our team in Dubai Marina.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Coordination — Review, verify, and confirm customer orders for accuracy before processing.
  • Dispatching — Assign orders to drivers based on availability, proximity, and delivery priority.
  • Communication — Maintain clear, timely communication with drivers, kitchen staff, and customers.
  • Prioritization — Manage order flow and prioritize based on urgency and delivery timeframes.
  • Quality Control — Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and ready for dispatch.
  • Timely Execution — Monitor delivery progress and provide customers with real‑time updates.
  • Problem Resolution — Address and resolve order issues, delays, or customer complaints professionally.
  • Record‑Keeping — Maintain accurate logs of orders, dispatch times, delivery statuses, and customer interactions.
  • Compliance — Follow food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement — Identify and suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience3–5 years in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in a cloud kitchen or food service role.
  • Education — Technical or High School Degree.
  • Organizational Skills — Strong multitasking ability with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills — Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
  • Problem‑Solving — Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
  • Time Management — Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Technology Proficiency — Comfortable with computers and experienced in GurpTeck and Supy POS systems.
  • Customer Service — Skilled in handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Flexibility — Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
