  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during emergencies.
  • Excellent multitasking and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming alarm signals, including burglary, fire, medical, and environmental alerts.
  • Respond promptly to alarm activations by contacting customers, keyholders, and emergency services when required.
  • Dispatch police, fire, or medical personnel according to established procedures.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding alarm activations, system status, and service requests.
  • Accurately document all alarm activity, communications, and dispatch actions in the system.
  • Follow strict verification procedures and company protocols for handling alarms and emergencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume call center environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and alarm system inquiries when needed.
