About The Role
We're hiring an E-Com Operations Executive to keep the engine running on our Shopify store. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role responsible for the day-to-day tasks that keep the store accurate, fulfilment smooth, and customers happy. You'll work directly under the E-Com Growth Manager and play a key role in making sure every product, order, and customer interaction reflects our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, maintain, and optimise product listings on Shopify — titles, descriptions, images, tags, and pricing
- Ensure catalogue accuracy across all live collections, managing new launches and discontinuations
- Process and monitor daily orders, coordinating with logistics and warehouse for timely fulfilment
- Handle customer service queries related to orders, returns, and delivery — via email or chat
- Track inventory levels and flag low-stock or overstock situations to the Growth Manager
- Support campaign launches by preparing product pages, discount codes, and collection updates
- Carry out basic on-site merchandising — sorting collections, updating banners, and featured products
- Assist in quality-checking the store regularly for broken links, incorrect pricing, or out-of-stock listings
- Maintain internal trackers for orders, returns, and stock movement
- Support the Growth Manager with ad hoc tasks including content coordination and supplier follow-ups
What You'll Need
- 1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital operations role
- Hands-on experience with Shopify — product uploads, order management, and basic admin
- Strong attention to detail — you notice when something is off and fix it without being asked
- Good written English for product copy and customer communication
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Based in the UAE with valid work authorisation
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Shopify apps (review tools, upsell apps, inventory management)
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer goods e-commerce
- Basic photo editing or image resizing skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience with customer service tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Arabic language skills (an advantage for customer communication)
