Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing customer satisfaction and experience
- Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
- Participating in training to improve work performance
- Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential

What makes a #RidiculouslyGood Customer Care Expert?
- Exceptional Communication Skills—both in written and oral.
- One year BPO experience is a must.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site once needed.
