Work hours
This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend work as required.
need someone familiar with entire process, interface with clients and follow up as needed.
Team environment not looking for someone who wants to do it by themselves, this does not work in the group.
Knowledge of ticketing system process a must.
