Our client Nizam Watch House is looking for a E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist in Islamabad

Nizam Watch House is seeking a dedicated E-COMMERCE Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our online retail customers. This role involves managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, including social media and online platforms, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer support or retail sales and is comfortable working with order management systems, Shopify backend, and courier portals. Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional during peak sales periods.

As a Customer Service Representative at Nizam Watch House, you will be responsible for handling product returns and refunds professionally, analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will play a vital role in strengthening the company’s reputation by delivering courteous, timely, and solution-oriented support. This position does not require team management but highly values the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and live website chat.
  • Guide customers through the product catalog, answering queries regarding watch specifications, pricing, and warranty.
  • Process online orders through the e-commerce dashboard (Shopify) and coordinate with courier partners (Leopards, TCS, etc.) for smooth dispatch and tracking.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges smoothly to maintain brand trust.
  • Oversee the daily processing and timely packing of e-commerce orders, ensuring zero defects in fragile luxury items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts, tracking incoming stock from suppliers and matching it with online availability.
  • Coordinate with delivery and logistical partners to optimize shipping costs and reduce delivery turnaround times.
  • Manage minor administrative tasks within the workspace, ensuring team coordination and a tidy operational setup.
