  • **Customer Service Advisors**
  • for a newly launched
  • **Retail & E-Commerce English Account**
  • supporting customers across
  • **Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH Region)**
  • As part of the team, you will handle customer inquiries through
  • **email and chat**
  • utilizing a translation tool to assist with non-English customer interactions while providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • ✅ Handle customer inquiries via email and chat channels.
  • ✅ Support customers regarding orders, products, deliveries, returns, and account-related requests.
  • ✅ Use translation tools to manage non-English customer tickets efficiently.
  • ✅ Deliver professional and customer-focused service.
  • ✅ Meet quality and productivity targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • **Requirements:**
  • ✔️ Excellent English communication skills (B2-C1 Level).
  • ✔️ Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • ✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • ✔️ Ability to work rotational shifts.

What we offer

  • **Gross Salary:**
  • EGP 18,875 (including taxes)
  • **Location:**
  • Concentrix (CAI4) – New Cairo
  • Transportation provided
  • Fully paid training for 3 weeks
  • Start Date:
  • **27 July 2026**
  • ⏰ Rotational shifts between
  • **7:00 AM and 12:00 AM**
  • ️ 2 rotational days off per week
