Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia for an Ecommerce and Reservation Staff member. The role involves managing online room and package distribution across various ecommerce and OTA platforms, ensuring accurate rates, availability, and content. The team member will handle reservation inquiries via email, phone, and online channels, provide prompt and professional responses, and process bookings accurately in the property management system. Daily tasks include coordinating with front office and sales teams on booking details, monitoring booking trends, and supporting revenue strategies through careful inventory and rate management. The role also includes resolving guest pre-arrival issues, updating promotional content and packages online, generating basic reservation and booking reports, and maintaining high standards of customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with hotel reservations, OTA extranets, and basic revenue or inventory management systems.
  • Strong customer service skills with clear, professional communication via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, booking processing, and document handling.
  • Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online distribution platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Indonesian language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or ecommerce is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bali, including possible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
