Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, based in Singapore. The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations on ecommerce platforms, identify and implement sales strategies, and optimize online store performance. Responsibilities include managing product listings, coordinating with delivery and fulfillment teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance the ecommerce experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with the ability to manage online platforms and drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, delivery partners, and team members
- Experience in developing and executing ecommerce sales and marketing strategies
- Proficient in using ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Lazada, and other online sales tools
- Degree is not preferred, Drive is.
- Familiarity with logistics and fulfillment services is a plus
