Role Description
Ghoomana Inc. is seeking a passionate and driven Educational Consultant for a full time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The role includes providing guidance and advice to clients on educational and travel programs, identifying opportunities to help achieve their goals, and maintaining effective communication to ensure an excellent client experience. The Educational Consultant will also perform consulting services with a customer-first mindset, actively support client queries, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and a thorough understanding of the education sector
- Strong skills in Consulting and Communication to effectively understand and address client needs
- Customer Service abilities with a focus on client relationships and satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with international educational programs or travel experiences is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred
