We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused English Customer Service Agent to support our growing e-commerce operations. If you have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in English
- Assist with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and issue resolution
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in an e-commerce environment)
- Fluent English communication skills – both written and spoken (B2 level)
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
