We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused English Customer Service Agent to support our growing e-commerce operations. If you have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in English
  • Assist with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and issue resolution
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/S1
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in an e-commerce environment)
  • Fluent English communication skills – both written and spoken (B2 level)
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
