Job Overview:
We are currently hiring experienced telecom agents to join our team as English Customer Service Representatives
. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer interactions professionally
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques when relevant
Maintain service quality and performance standards
Requirements:
English level: B2 (minimum)
Minimum 6 months telecom/ CS experience
Strong upselling / cross-selling skills
Graduates and dropouts are eligible to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
salary up to 32K+!
Up to 19,000 EGP
Sales Bonus: Up to 10,000
