Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in New Cairo for English Customer Service Representatives. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Representatives will provide support through various communication channels while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage professionally with customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and addressing Customer Inquiries
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and providing positive Customer Experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a high level of professionalism
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus but not required
