Role Description: The Customer Service Representative – Morning Shifts role is a full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. In this role, the representative responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing clear and accurate information about products, services, and policies. Daily tasks include handling complaints, resolving issues, documenting interactions in the system, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative is expected to maintain service quality standards, adhere to schedule and performance targets, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience. The role also involves identifying recurring issues, escalating complex cases when needed, and contributing feedback to enhance processes and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in customer service and customer support, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Experience in customer satisfaction and customer experience, focusing on resolving issues and building positive relationships.
- Background as a Customer Service Representative or in similar customer-facing roles within contact centers or BPO environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work morning shifts consistently, with flexibility for rotational schedules if required.
- Comfort with hybrid work models, basic computer literacy, and proficiency in CRM or call center software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting performance targets.
- Must have access to a personal laptop or PC for the work-from-home setup.
