Our client is a fast-growing customer-focused business operating within the iGaming and cryptocurrency sectors. They are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Operations team and deliver an exceptional experience to players across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via chat, email, and social media.
  • Investigate, resolve, and escalate customer queries when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Assist with fraud, security, responsible gambling, and transaction-related enquiries.
  • Monitor customer activity and utilise internal tools to support decision-making.
  • Promote relevant products, campaigns, and cryptocurrency-related initiatives where appropriate.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Candidate Profile

  • Native or fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Additional languages such as Arabic, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, Turkish, or Vietnamese would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Good understanding of cryptocurrency, online casino, and sports betting products.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using technology, customer support platforms, and internal systems.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid right to work in Malta is required.
