Location: Fully onsite – Ballsbridge, Dublin
Salary: €60,000 per annum (pro rata) | 6-month contract
Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon – Fri)
Our client, a global leader in social technology, is looking for an Escalations Specialist, to handle complex and sensitive cases across their products. This role focuses on reviewing escalations, resolving high risk issues, and working with global teams to protect users and the platform. You will deal with sensitive content and high pressure situations, so strong judgement and resilience are key.
What you will do:
- Review and investigate escalated cases across the platform
- Interpret and apply policies, guidelines and standards
- Handle sensitive partner, user and media inquiries
- Drive complex cases through to resolution
- Analyse trends and suggest improvements to processes
- Work with global teams across legal, policy, product and operations
- Use data and tools to support decisions and reporting
Must have:
- 4 to 7 years experience in online operations, analytics, project management or escalations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience handling high priority or sensitive cases
- Experience working with graphic or objectionable content
- Strong project coordination experience with global stakeholders
- Clear communication skills across different audiences
- Highly organised and proactive approach
Nice to have:
- Experience with Excel, SQL or similar tools
- Understanding of online platforms or social media environments
- Additional language skills such as: Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Hindi or Vietnamese
