Role Overview
BurjX is looking for an Executive Operations Associate to help keep the business running efficiently as we continue to grow. This is a broad, hands-on role that combines executive support, business operations, customer success, office management, and digital marketing support.
You will work closely with the CEO and wider team to keep the business organized, support client and marketing initiatives, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Business Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO and leadership team.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, meetings, travel, and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting notes, documents, reports, and presentations.
- Track key action items and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support special projects and company-wide initiatives.
Customer Support & Client Operations
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a responsive, friendly, and high-quality support experience.
- Guide clients through onboarding and help them get comfortable using the platform from day one.
- Handle client questions, requests, and issues with professionalism, ownership, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a positive, trusted brand experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions within the CRM.
- Identify recurring client needs or pain points and proactively suggest improvements to processes and support materials.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day digital marketing activities and campaigns.
- Assist with social media content, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Help maintain and update website content, FAQs, and digital communications.
- Support email marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Track basic campaign performance and assist with marketing reports.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant digital content opportunities.
Office & Business Operations
- Support the day-to-day running of the BurjX office.
- Coordinate office supplies, business cards, equipment, and general office requirements.
- Manage communication and coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Welcome clients, partners, and visitors to the office.
- Assist with internal administrative processes and general business operations.
Events & Administration
- Assist with company events, client meetings, investor meetings, and corporate hospitality.
- Coordinate venues, invitations, attendee lists, and event logistics.
- Provide general administrative support across different areas of the business as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Comfortable working directly with executives, clients, and external partners.
- Proactive and able to take ownership without constant supervision.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities.
- Comfortable with social media, digital content, and basic marketing tools.
- Professional, personable, and client-focused.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or a startup environment is an advantage.
