Role Description The Executive – Call Center role at NATURO is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to inquiries about products, orders, and deliveries, and providing clear, accurate information. The Executive – Call Center will manage customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and record all interactions in the system for tracking and improvement. Daily tasks include updating customer records, coordinating with internal teams for order and service issues, and following standard procedures to maintain service quality. The role also requires meeting performance targets, adhering to call center guidelines, and contributing suggestions to improve customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali, with clear telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with call center software, CRM tools, email, and data entry.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize calls, follow procedures, and meet daily targets.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, including maintaining composure during challenging interactions.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and natural products is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an added benefit.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with flexible hours based on business needs.
