Key Responsibilities
· Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage potential clients for career-related services
· Understand client needs and provide appropriate service information
· Convince and convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication
· Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to ensure conversion
· Accurately update call records and client information in tracking systems
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
· Bachelor’s in any discipline. Final year students are also encouraged to apply
· Strong interest in call center operations, sales, and client handling
· Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
· Good understanding of professional communication and client interaction
Skills
· Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong fluency
· Exceptional voice tone with persuasive and convincing communication ability
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools
· Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling clients
Preferred
· Minimum 6 months experience in call center, telesales, or customer service roles
