IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Executive Customer Ops Fateh Jang is responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Flash Fiber and Copper customers of Attock city, Hazro and its surrounding areas. In addition to operation and maintenance of FF & Copper customers, responsible for migrations and rectification of FF low power cases.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:
- Ensure Operation and Maintenance of Flash Fiber and Copper customers in Attock & Hazro domain RTR.
- Monitor and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Quality of Installation, team management, team engagement & and migration targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, store) to ensure seamless customer interactions and service continuity.
- Handle OPEX and CAPEX requirements on the SAP. Coordinate with agencies to protect and safeguard PTCL Network during development activities.
- Ensure Health, Safety and environmental conditions and standards to avoid any equipment damage, human life during field activities.
- Incorporate risk management in new GPON projects and copper expansion. Shifting of dangerous DP. Conduct awareness sessions regarding reporting of hazardous network.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification:
Education:
- BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, Computer Science etc)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience is required.

- Operational & Maintenance Activities
- Planning & Coordination
- Project & Vendor Management
