Purpose:
Effectively execute the bulk process by coordinating and being involved from the order received stage to bulk production, to payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding customer calendars.
- Responsible for managing incoming inquiries and orders.
- Responsible for efficient order book management.
- Documentation and order status communication.
- Customer visits and relationship building.
- Responsible for handling customer rejections and quality issues.
- Responsible for managing debtors and payment issues.
- Preparing and updating documents/reports.
- Responsible for maintaining price lists.
- Responsible for coordinating urgent deliveries and daily operations.
- Responsible for maintaining high standard of customer service.
- Updating brand portal and weekly order recap.
- Maintaining brand portal/internal order details reconciliation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Qualifications:
- CIMA,CIM, Diploma or Degree in Business Management or any other field.
Professional Experience:
- 1 to 2 years experience in a Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- An internship in the similar field.
