Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Customer Relationship role located in Delhi, OH. The Executive Customer Relationship professional will focus on fostering strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients to address their queries, resolving concerns, understanding their needs, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role will also involve identifying potential opportunities to grow business relationships and ensuring high levels of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to promptly and effectively address client needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to strengthen and build long-term client partnerships.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions and internal coordination.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare or services industry is an advantage.
