Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Service customers and understand their needs
• Document vehicle concerns onto Repair Orders
• Prepare quotes for service recommendations
• Act as liaison between customers and technicians
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after service
Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver’s license with satisfactory abstract
• Experience as a Service Advisor preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good data entry accuracy
