The work mode arrangement for the position is full‑time on site. As a member and client experience advisory agent, you help give members and clients a better experience and ensure that they are satisfied. You make sure they feel welcome, listen to and address their needs, and help them with their financial empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Provide members and clients with a better experience, ensuring satisfaction.
- Make sure members feel welcome, listen to and address their needs.
- Support members and clients by telling them about technological tools and applications that enable them to carry out transactions and operations independently.
- Advise on banking transactions and promote Desjardins products and services, as well as available distribution channels.
- Offer personalized solutions based on members’ needs.
- Identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues who can provide specialised assistance.
- Act as a proud ambassador of digital solutions, advising members and clients on their use.
- Ensure financial transactions go smoothly, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Provide information and support on technological tools while sharing advice about prevention and safety.
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, ensuring referral to appropriate partners.
- Stay current with the latest standards, products and services in the field.
- Adhere to compliance, security and risk‑management rules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma in a related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience (other combinations may be considered).
- Knowledge of French (required).
- Knowledge of service standards.
- Action‑oriented.
- Effective communicator.
- Customer focused.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Situational adaptability.
- Tech‑savvy.
