Position: Financial Services Representative II, TB Outbound (6 Month Contract)
What you’ll be doing
As an Outbound Financial Services Representative you’ll work in a fast paced Contact Centre where you’ll proactively reach out to clients to suggest new and existing financial services products that will help them reach their financial goals. You’ll share your knowledge of products and campaigns through outbound calls and engage in meaningful conversations to develop an in depth understanding of their financial needs and provide solutions.
This is a temporary full‑time opportunity (fixed‑term) starting late July 2026 and ending January 31 2027. You’ll work Monday–Friday 9:00am–8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am–6:00pm, with a minimum 90‑day on‑site period for the Agent@Home program.
How you’ll succeed
- Client engagement – focus on each client experience, listen, ask questions and put yourself in the client’s shoes to find the right solutions every time.
- Recommending solutions – connect clients with the right financial solutions and proactively suggest products that will help them achieve their financial goals.
- Product knowledge – be an expert in CIBC’s comprehensive financial product offerings, keeping up to date with new and existing solutions.
- Computer savvy – navigate and focus on multiple software applications and dual monitors.
