Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards across the facility
• Provide friendly and informative customer service
• Promote black card amenities and memberships
• Address incidents and report deficiencies promptly
• Assist members with automated services and processes
Requirements:
• High School diploma or working towards completion
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• WHMIS and First Aid certifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stress and remain calm
