Em Sherif Group is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our Deli team in Qatar.
We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
👤 Assistant Deli Manager
👤 Deli Supervisors
👤 Cashiers
☕ Head Barista
📦 Dispatchers
Requirements:
✅ Candidates must be currently based in Qatar
✅ Previous experience in Lebanese cuisine is highly preferred
✅ Previous experience in Deli, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), is a plus
✅ Strong knowledge of food service operations and customer experience standards
✅ Good communication skills, discipline, and ability to work within a team
✅ Leadership skills and ability to manage daily operations (for managerial and supervisory positions)
✅ Passion for delivering high-quality service and maintaining company standards
