Role Description This role is for Front Line Sales (FLS) professional. The FLS team member will focus on generating leads, explaining health insurance and wellness products to prospective customers, and supporting them through the policy selection and enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include contacting potential customers, conducting virtual meetings, providing clear information about benefits and coverage options, and maintaining accurate records in digital systems. The role also involves building and sustaining relationships with customers, responding to queries, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and meeting assigned sales and service targets. The FLS professional is expected to uphold ABHICL’s commitment to ethical practices, customer-centric service, and promotion of health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and customer service.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, with capacity to explain complex information in clear, simple terms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare domains is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of health insurance concepts and willingness to learn ABHICL’s product portfolio and wellness philosophy.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate
- High ethical standards, customer-centric mindset, and interest in promoting health and wellness among diverse customer segments.
