Role Description The Front Desk Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahel Aalma. This role manages daily front desk operations, including welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining student records and schedules. The coordinator supports enrollment processes, processes payments, and provides information on classes, events, and academy policies. In addition, the role involves assisting with marketing activities such as promoting classes and events, coordinating event logistics, and supporting sales initiatives to attract and retain students. Collaboration with instructors and management to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for students and families is essential.

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and team members.
  • Sales and customer service skills to support enrollment, promote academy offerings, and build relationships.
  • Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate performances, workshops, and academy activities.
  • Writing skills for creating clear, engaging content for digital channels and internal communications.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules, records, and front desk tasks efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency with office software, email tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in Sahel Aalma, multitask in a dynamic environment, and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a front desk and administrative role is preferred; familiarity with performing arts or education is a plus.
