Role Description
The Food & Beverage Associate will support daily operations within the Food & Beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient service and courtesy. Responsibilities include taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, and adhering to food safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Proven skills and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Culinary Skills or knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related domain is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts
